In order to change your registered email ID, please create a support ticket by emailing at [email protected]. Include the details below:
- The National ID or Passport you uploaded during KYC verification.
- The reason for changing your email ID.
- A selfie of you holding a paper that clearly says LCX and today’s date.
- Your old email ID and your new email ID.
We will inform you about the status of your email ID change via email after we validate the details from our end.
Email Change may take up to 10-15 days due to compliance and security reasons. Once the email is updated you will receive the confirmation over your newly registered email address.
