How can I submit a complaint to LCX?

A complaint under MiCAR is defined as any statement of dissatisfaction from a client or potential client regarding the provision of crypto-asset services (Article 1(1) Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/294).

To submit a complaint to LCX:

All complaints are handled promptly and seriously, in line with Article 71 MiCAR. Not all customer support inquiries qualify as MiCAR-relevant complaints — only those that meet a materiality threshold, such as legal breaches, or significant customer impact.
