If the funds do not reflect in my account, how can I track the payment?

When a transaction is initiated through a Credit/Debit card, it is expected to be reflected in the account within a span of 5-10 minutes. In the event that the transaction does not appear, there may be two scenarios:

1. In the event of a successful transaction utilizing a credit card to add funds to the LCX wallet, wherein the credit card has been charged, yet the funds are not discernible in the wallet, it is recommended that the customer approach the LCX’s customer support team via email at [email protected], providing essential details such as the transaction ID and email address. Subsequently, we will investigate the issue and work to resolve it.
2. In the event that a successful transaction using a credit card to add funds to one’s LCX wallet has been made, and the funds have not been received by LCX, it is advisable to initiate communication with the bank to track the payment and confirm its successful processing.
