I’m excited to be here today for this AMA session to answer any questions you might have about LCX, the future of tokenization, our crypto exchange, token sales, or anything else you’d like to discuss. With our recent product launches, partnerships, and industry advancements, there’s a lot to talk about.

So, I’m gonna start with a 2in1 question ?

Why did LCX expand tokenized bonds to BTC, ETH, and LCX? Also, in the EURt7 whitepaper, in Section 2.2, Risks of EURt7 tokens (subsequent Borrowing), who has classified the severity of the risks involved in each category? Has this been done by @lcx or an external source?

Our vision for LCX Earn was to provide European investors with a secure, high-yield, and transparent platform for investing in tokenized bonds. In 2021, we spent months strategizing and preparing, eventually filing the initial prospectus in February 2022. The regulatory approval process was costly and lengthy, but it was a critical step in demonstrating our commitment to compliance and establishing trust with our potential investors.

In February 2023, we finally received approval for our basic prospectus. This marked a significant milestone for LCX Earn and allowed us to launch the EURt7 Bond in March 2023. Encouraged by the positive feedback from investors, we continued to push the boundaries, securing the necessary approvals for three additional prospectuses for BTCt7, ETHt7, and LCXt7 tokenized bonds.

We are excited to offer this fixed-yield-earning product. LCX Earn is the framework for many crypto assets. We started with EUR but expanded the tokenized bonds to BTC, ETH, and LCX tokens to address the growing demand for innovative and secure investment products in the cryptocurrency market. 

By offering tokenized bonds for these major cryptocurrencies, LCX is providing investors with more options to diversify their portfolios and benefit from the potential growth of digital assets. This expansion also showcases LCX’s commitment to driving innovation in the blockchain and crypto space, as it combines the best of traditional finance and modern digital assets, offering a unique investment opportunity.

Why does this matter? 

There is a huge demand for yield-earning products. We have seen this with BlockFi and Celscius, but also for many staking offerings. LCX Earn is our answer to this. But we are leading the industry in terms of regulatory setup. This is the first time ever, worldwide, that a company has launched a yield-earning product for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Euro and the LCX Token based on an approved security prospectus.

Today is a historic day. An end of an era. Today was the last Annual Shareholder Meeting of Credit Suisse after 167 years. And an end is also always a new beginning. Will I see you at our AMA in 167 years in our holographic chat room?

First of all, this is a fixed yield product for retail investors in Europe. 30 countries with more than 400 million potential clients. The offering is limited. E.g. The EURt7 is limited to a maximum of 10,000 investors. As a fixed-yield bond offering, LCX AG will pay a fixed annual yield of 7% on your BTC, ETH, EUR, and LCX tokens. In total, the tokenized bond placement has a volume of approx. 40 Million USD.

Great and still on tokenized bond. Will the $lcx token be part of the entire future ecosystem including asset tokenization(PNFTs) of maybe precious metals, stocks, bonds, and more?

We described all the details in the announcement. But in short, the funds will be used to grow the LCX platform. Funds will be used for liquidity at the exchange, in a liquidity pool that generates good fees and growth investments for the LCX Ecosystem. For our clients, LCX Earn is a safe and reliable investment.

For LCX, partners play a crucial role in driving growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing overall business value. We keep a balance between the slow-moving but powerful partners and the fast-moving entrepreneurs and startups. Additional listings are always important for our community – I cannot comment on this. For now – we are proud to be listed at Coinbase and Kraken.  Currently, we also do see the benefits and the long-term impact of the LCX token being an exchange-based token. More and more are using LCX tokens to pay their fees on the platform. Either to pay trading fees or to join the token sales.
